DKIM

DKIM stands for DomainKeys Identified Mail. This is a process of verifying if the incoming email messages are actually coming from the mentioned sender. This process also verifies if the email message has been modified during transit. When the DKIM system is enabled, the sender digitally puts his/her signature on the message through a private key. The recipient retrieves the sender’s public key through DNS and verifies the signature on the email message.
